from what i have read and videos i have watched (toybox) you can build the whole rom on the phone.

is there any recent guide with Android 13 or 14 with similar processors to ours?

would be great to do this as you would not need to cross-compile to my understanding.
i know it would take longer than a modern pc but still would be awesome.
i have seen a couple recent ones but for the pixel or a GSI but would like to see something from scratch with samsung open...
